Thanisch?s 2007 Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Auslese smells of peach, cherry, honeysuckle, and heliotrope. Creamy in texture and delicate in weight, it abounds in inner mouth floral perfume with hints of lime peel and wet stone adding interest to a soothing, subtle, buoyant finish. This should be at least a 12-15 year keeper.
