The 2008 Oseleta is gorgeous. A bold, assertive wine, the 2008 races across the palate with amarena cherries, tobacco, game, licorice and smoke. The tannins are firm and there is plenty of structure, but at the same time, the Oseleta is endowed with marvelous complexity and pedigree. This is a terrific showing from Zymé. The 2008 was done in 100% French oak, 40% new.
