The 2009 Casavecchia Centomoggia is relatively accessible in this vintage. Attractive suggestions of blackberries, smoke, ash and cured meats make an appearance in this firm red. Like so many other Campanian reds in 2009, this doesn't quite match the excitement of the best years. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019.
