An enveloping, generous wine, the 2010 Bianco Kaplja is all about texture. Orange blossom, mint, sage, spices and dried flowers are all laced together beautifully. The Kaplja offers plenty of resonance, but it is not as heavy nor as tannic as some of the other wines in the range. This is a great starting point for readers who want to approach the wines of one of Friuli's top growers.
