Product Description
The Humboldt County Pinot Noir is a blend of clones 115, 667, 777, and Martini from the precious Fruitland Ridge Vineyard.
This wine is bright dark ruby in color and has aromas of warm oriental spice, lush black raspberry, pomegranate, forest-floor, and underbrush. Nicely perfumed, this Pinot is pure delight and an ode to its origin and different profile. You’ll notice red cherry and raspberry flavors here, with notes of earth bearing significant structure, and a rocky mineral and chalky backbone. Moderate tannins are present with black fruits predominating mid palate. Enjoy the rustic elegance of this wine now or cellar. We recommend pairing it with wild fowl or lamb.
