Dark red cherry, plum, spice and mocha notes flesh out in the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon. Racy, perfumed and polished, the 2012 captures the radiance of the vintage. Today, the 2012 is shaping up to be a relatively soft, approachable wine, but it is also due for a racking and will likely perk up with air. The finish is creamy, broad and expressive.
