Product Description

Mount Hermon Indigo is a blend of the classic red varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (also known as Shiraz), giving the wine its pleasing indigo color. Made from fruit harvested from our vineyards on the cool Golan Heights, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was bottled without sterile filtration.
