Arianna Occhipinti is the winemaker/owner of Azienda Agricola Occhipinti, which produces some of the finest examples of Frappato and Nero d’Avola coming out of Vittoria, Sicily. With the 2009 vintage she started a new project with two friends sourcing fruit from neighboring vineyards with a goal "…to make natural wine accessible to all. Everyday wine of simple taste, and well made." Enter TAMI’, also the very same name of the natural wine shop and specialty store in Siracusa she owns with those two friends. The wines are unoaked, balanced and pure of fruit, fermented with native yeasts.
