Mathieu Chambeyron: “Syrah Cuvée Clara 2017. My father planted this plot in 1976. It is 350m above sea level and 300m from the Côte Rôtie appellation. My work in the vineyard and in winemaking are identical to the Côte-Rôtie. The Clara cuvée is 100% syrah, 100% destemmed. Traditional vinification in concrete vats. Aging for 12 months in oak barrels including 0% new wood
