Jean-Sébastien Marionnet makes incredible wines at his domaine and is now making this vibrant Gamay from sourced fruit from the Touraine. The fruit was hand-harvested and the liveliness of this red wine can be attributed to the carbonic maceration that was used to ferment this wine. Unoaked and a delightful red to make your house wine.
Medium-bodied, dry. A floral nose followed by a palate of crunchy red berries, minerals, and tangy acidity. The perfumed finish is crisp and dry with soft tannins and a touch of earthiness. Pair with grilled sausages, spicy food, and pizza. Also a great wine with hors-d’oeuvres
