Created and immortalized at the Bank Exchange Saloon on San Francisco’s Barbary Coast in the late 1800’s, this refreshing classic remains a city staple and a worldwide favorite.
2 oz Capurro Pisco
3/4 oz pineapple gum syrup
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon peel
Step 1: Measure and add all ingredients except lemon peel to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled
Step 2: Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
Step 3: Garnish with a lemon peel, serve and enjoy!
