“This is truly a special event and the Wine House’s first Virtual Reality vineyard tour! Three of Northern Italy’s leading wineries are participating in this unique evening of wines and vineyards, led by a representative from each estate. Many of us have done vineyard tours and I have been fortunate to visit all three wineries participating this evening, but I have never experienced anything like this before. Virtual Reality headsets provide aerial views and perspectives that are utterly amazing and immersive. The experience includes tasting nine amazing wines – three from each producer. This is a unique and exciting event, and there is extremely limited capacity!” – Lance Montalto, The Wine House

They are intenationally celebrated as the benchmark for Italian white wines.

Jermann was founded in 1881 in the quiet village of Villanova di Farra by Austrian-born Anton Jermann. Today, the winery is led by Silvio Jermann, grandson of Anton, and Silvio’s son Michele.

Renato Ratti is hailed internationally as the benchmark producer of classic La Morra Barolo, crafting wines celebrated as the finest true expressions of one of Barolo’s most prestigious communes. The result is wines heralded worldwide for their finesse, grace and expressive elegance. The Rattis were among the pioneers of single vineyard Barolos, and today the winery’s renowned single vineyard Barolos, Conca and Rocche dell’Annunziata, are internationally applauded for their unsurpassed terroir-driven complexity and depth. Ratti’s Barolo Marcenasco is acclaimed by the world’s top critics as one Barolo’s most outstanding wines.

Allegrini is the most acclaimed winery in the Veneto. The unquestioned benchmark producer of Amarone, it was named Italy’s 2016 Winery of the Year by Gambero Rosso. Owner Marilisa Allegrini is a global ambassador for the region and is internationally considered the “voice of Amarone.” The Allegrini legacy is built on six generations of winegrowing expertise, centuries-old connections to the land, and a culture of distinctive winemaking passed down for generations.

Allegrini’s Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is the gold standard for Amarone wine and consistently ranks among the most esteemed red wines on the planet. In addition, its Palazzo della Torre is the most awarded red wine in the world under $25.

The Allegrinis have played a leading role in Valpolicella since the 16th century. Giovanni Allegrini, patriarch of the modern estate, developed and perfected major innovations in the art of growing and producing wine, particularly in regards to Amarone.

Today, his children, led by CEO Marilisa, carry his legacy forward as the Veneto’s most acclaimed estate. Marilisa has been recognized as an ambassador for Valpolicella worldwide. Her brother, Franco, is internationally praised as one of Italy’s finest winemakers.
