“The Henriot style goes for mature Champagnes, both with reserve wines and with a base of an older vintage. This wine, based on the 2008 vintage, is no exception. It has a toasty character, mineral and zesty texture, and layers of attractive acidity. It's crisp, yeasty and ready to drink.” – Roger Voss

“Attractive light lemon and almond biscuity notes with dried white flowers and a flinty edge. The palate has elegant citrus-focused flavor with a bright citrus thread and a neat, fresh, gently cashewy finish. Drink now.”

“A fresh, minerally Champagne, lacy in texture and offering an open-knit mix of lemon curd, poached apricot, fleur de sel and biscuit flavors. Moderate finish.” – Allison Napjus

Aromas of lemon oil, crisp yellow apple, brioche, rock salt and dried white flowers preface the latest rendition of Henriot's NV Blanc de Blancs, a medium to full-bodied wine with an elegantly delicate mousse that's nicely concentrated, incisive and distinctly saline, concluding with a chalky finish. It's an excellent Blanc de Blancs that comes recommended. This is lot L1817911117, disgorged in November 2017 with less than eight grams per liter dosage. A year on its cork has done the wine a lot of good in terms of complexity and expressiveness.
