French wine regions and styles are the “reference points” in the world of wine, making an in-depth understanding of French wine indispensable. The course includes a foundation unit covering French wine law, grape varieties, viticulture, viniculture and a discussion of Old World vs. New World wine styles, plus in-depth study of each region.
