The Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits course is intended as vocational training in product knowledge for those employed in the drinks industry but who have little previous knowledge of the broad range of alcoholic beverages available. The qualification is suitable wherever a good level of product knowledge is required to underpin job skills and competencies. The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits course is also appropriate for those not employed in the drinks industry but who want a serious education in wine, and wish to broaden their knowledge in a structured way. Wine tasting is a part of every class. The WSET recommends that students complete at least 14 hours of personal study outside the classroom hours during their course of study.

Study materials will be available for pick up at the new Broken Earth Tasting Room (1650 Ramada Drive in Paso Robles) starting Thursday, May 2 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, every day. If you would like to pick up materials earlier (between April 25 and May 1), you can arrange pick up with Maury at the old Broken Earth Tasting Room location. Before picking up the materials, please email [email protected] to confirm the location, date and time of pick up. It is advisable to pick up materials before the first class on Saturday, May 11.
