IMPORTANT: This class will be taught in-person indoors. Proof of vaccination required for this class or a negative covid test within 24 hours of class.

The Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Wines course is intended as vocational training in product knowledge for those employed in the drinks industry but who have little previous knowledge of wine. The qualification is suitable wherever a good level of product knowledge is required to underpin job skills and competencies. The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines course is also appropriate for those not employed in the drinks industry but who want a serious education in wine and wish to broaden their knowledge in a structured way. Over 35 wines will be tasted and wine tasting is a part of every class. The WSET recommends that students complete at least 14 hours of personal study outside the classroom hours during their course of study.

Study materials will be available for pick up at the Broken Earth Tasting Room (1650 Ramada Drive in Paso Robles) after Monday November 14, 2022, Monday – Friday between 11am and 5pm. It is advisable to pick up materials before the first class on Monday, November 28, 2022.
