Offers a racy aroma, but tames quickly, with a dill-tinged edge to the tiers of dark berry, mocha, raspberry and subtle earth, gaining depth and maintaining persistence on the finish. Best from 2014 through 2027. 3,500 cases made. ?JL

The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) displays a firm, dry, Bordeaux-like structure, deep, concentrated, plum, anise and black currant flavors. The abundant fruit is accompanied by lots of structure in this earthy, full-bodied, well-built, muscular Cabernet. Forget it for several years and drink it over the following two decades.
