Dark and red berry and tobacco flavors are very varietally accurate and boast noteworthy freshness despite their outrageous size thanks to bright minerality and acid lift. Showcases a refined quality and a steely backbone that provides nice spine to the red fruit, coffee and cocoa notes. Finishes very long and seamless with a multilayered quality to repeating sweet boysenberry and blueberry notes. This is an absolute knockout Bovale Sardo. Drinking window: 2022 – 2028”
