“Purplish, full bodied and textured, mildly minty, almost completely opaque given the admirable chromatic richness of the solution. A sample of excellent density, from the tannin extract, from the mature compositional fruit, enveloping for its minty, well sweet and well dosed spices. A concentrated color in which its inspiring fruit can often be seen: a very dense blackish cherry, still turgid with its dense and peppery smell. A palate of sumptuous measure, an unfolding of the taste of perceived softness, a clean, harmonious, and fragrant exit. Technically excellent ensemble from viticulture and oenological transformation.
