The serious 2017 Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc showcases the house style of somewhat mineral whites. It's a restrained expression of the grape, without overwhelming aromas, and it has a terribly balanced and fresh palate with clean, focused, tasty flavors. Very good value for the money. 35,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2017.
