Bright yellow with a steady mousse. Nervy citrus and pear aromas gain power with air, picking up smoky lees and fresh butter qualities. Taut and focused, with musky orchard fruit and candied lemon flavors and a suave candied floral note. I really like this wine's blend of energy and depth, as well as its finishing citrus cut.
