"(raised for three years in old French and American oak barrels) Bright red. Pungent, spice-tinged cherry and raspberry aromas, along with hints of coconut and woodsmoke. Silky and open-knit, showing very good clarity and energy to the sweet red fruit, rose pastille and spicecake flavors.
