The 2010 Chardonnay Lauren Vineyard brings together all of the elements of the house style. Layers of fruit emerge effortlessly from this textured, totally beautiful Chardonnay. Despite its richness, there is more than enough underlying minerality to buffer the fruit. This is the most nuanced and detailed of the 2010 Chardonnays from Aubert. Dried apricots, flowers and mint are some of the many notes that linger on the finish. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020. Review Date: February 2012
