2011 Bond Quella Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

BOND's 2011 Quella comes across as a bit broad-shouldered in style, with considerable weight and depth compared to the Melbury. The tannins are a bit firm and need time to integrate, but at the same time, there is plenty of ripeness in the fruit. Graphite, tobacco, menthol and licorice notes add complexity on the powerful finish. Review Date: November 2013
