2012 Staglin Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Rutherford

One of the greatest Cabernet Sauvignons yet made by the Staglins is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate 30th Anniversary. It boasts a dense ruby/purple color along with a big, sweet bouquet of crème de cassis, camphor, incense, blackberries and high quality, subtle toast in the background. There is great fruit on the attack and the wine fills out beautifully in the mid-palate. Full-bodied and opulent, this is a classic yet voluptuous example of the 2012 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon crop.
