2015 Joseph Swan Pinot Noir Russian River Valley Cuvée de Trois

The 2015 Pinot Noir Cuvée De Trois comes all from the Russian River and saw around 25% stems and 11 months in 40% new French oak. Smoked black cherries, framboise, tobacco, spring flowers, autumn leaves, and a touch of herbes de Provence all define the bouquet, and this medium-bodied beauty has a silky texture, fine yet present tannins, and a great finish.
