The 2015 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese ** (White Capsule) is super precise and flinty on the nose but also offers superbly precise stone fruit and orange aromas intermixed with crushed stone aromas. On the palate, this is a very rich and juicy, almost lush but highly elegant, finessed and pure Riesling with a beautiful structure and a very long finish full of aromatic fruits, salts and slightly yeasty flavors.
