The 2016 Vinhas do Lasso Colheita Seleccionada is an equal blend of Arinto and Fernao Pires, all unoaked and coming in at 13.5% alcohol. This inexpensive wine lacks the concentration of the Terras do Anjo, its sibling this issue, but it is perkier and has a bit more personality. It is an easy-drinker with a crisp edge for porch sipping. This shouldn't be held too long—being fresh is what it does best—but it will be a pleasure to drink this summer.
