2017 Domaine Christophe Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru

The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume has come together nicely since I tasted it last year, unfurling in the glass with aromas of orange zest, green apple, lemon and peach, complemented by some delicate floral top notes. It's medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, with a layered mid-palate, good concentration and an intensely saline finish. Review Date: August 2019
