2017 Fairchild Cabernet Sauvignon Stones No. 1 Perrarus Block 1 Napa Valley

Coming from the Las Piedras Vineyard in Saint Helena, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Stones No. 1 is all Cabernet Sauvignon brought up in new French oak. It has a textbook bouquet from this site of ripe red and black fruits, dried flowers, loamy earth, flowery incense, and spice box, with just a hint of chocolate earth. Rich, full-bodied, and incredibly elegant, it's gorgeously balanced, with no hard edges and a great finish. Review Date: January 2020
