"The 2018 Chablis La Forêt 1er Cru is fascinating to taste next to the Montmains, the larger appellation which it falls under. Finely cut and intensely saline, the Forêt bristles with tons of energy and cut. Crushed rocks, lemon peel, white flowers and white pepper give the Forêt its striking brilliance.
