"The 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Village has a clean, precise and poised bouquet that is admirable for a Village Chassagne. The palate is well balanced with a sapid opening that gets the saliva flowing. Good depth here, lightly spiced with stem ginger and lemongrass, although I would just like more terroir expression on the aftertaste.
