"The 2018 Soave Classico Staforte is rich and highly expressive, showing dried peaches and mangos and hints of almond and vanilla bean. It's deeply textural, seeming almost oily and weighty at times, yet supported by salty minerals and brisk acids with ripe orchard fruits. There's a good amount of structure here, as the Staforte cleans up nicely through the finale, leaving a hint of sour citrus.
