The full-bodied palate offers surprising restraint, managing richness without over-ripeness, and has powdery tannins and bursts of refreshing acidity. It boasts sleek new-oak spices and a long, latent finish that suggests it will continue to unfold in bottle over the next several years. Only 244 cases were made.
