“Pale ruby, the 2020 Pinot Noir La Rinconada Vineyard has layered aromas of pomegranate, cranberry, saline, Earl Grey tea leaves, tobacco and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate is chalky and seamlessly fresh, and its flavors continually blossom on the long finish. Drink Date: 2022 – 2030” – Erin Brooks Review Date: December 2022
“The 2020 Pinot Noir La Rinconada is a blend of three different soils on the estate (diatomaceous earth, shale and chert). It shows a bit more body than the other wines off the ranch. Then again, that's what blending is for. Dark fruit, breadth and spice are some of the signatures. There's terrific depth and resonance here. Give the tannins a year or two to soften. Drinking Window: 2024 – 2032” – Antonio Galloni Review Date: June 2022
“The 2020 Pinot Noir La Rinconada Vineyard is another wildly complex, darker release offering ample red and black fruits, notes of funky herbs and spice, medium body, a round, supple, seamless texture, moderate tannins, and terrific balance. It's a beautiful wine.” – Jeb Dunnuck Review Date: August 2022
