"The 2021 Erdener Prälat Auslese (Gold Capsule) offers a precise and flinty, very elegant and refined nose with lime zest aromas yet still not the tropical notes the Prälat often shows. The acidity is stunning here, almost sharp and precise yet fine and lifting this harmonious Prälat into unknown heights, at least at this early stage.
