"Loosen's 2021 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese shows a concentrated yet refined and spicy bouquet with lemon juice, stewed apricots, raisin and crunchy slate aromas. Lush and refined on the textured palate, with remarkable precision, finesse and fine botrytis flavors as well as a precise and sharp acidity, this is a delicate Auslese from the Sonnenuhr that I had as a sample in July 2022.
