“The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with 8% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec and matured for 18 months in 50% new French oak. It opens with wafts of flint and grilled game meats that give way to blackcurrant, chocolate-covered cherries, holiday spice, dried roses and thyme. The full-bodied palate pairs concentrated, nuanced flavors with firm tannins and seamless freshness, and it has a long, graphite-laced finish.
