"The 2021 Graacher Himmelreich Auslese is very clear, pure and refined on the fascinating, flinty, finely concentrated and lemon-scented nose. Lush and savory on the palate, with crystalline acidity and great precision, this is a supple yet frisky as well as substantial and sustainable Auslese from the Himmelreich, and it develops a long, complex and saline finish. This is highly stimulating already, but the best is yet to come here. 7% stated alcohol. Natural cork.
