A 100% Cesanese from Olevano Romano, in Lazio, made by Alberto Giacobbe, a new-generation winemaker carrying on a family estate founded in 1939. He trained alongside (and next door to) Damiano Ciolli, and famously spent years making wine before bottling his first releases—waiting until it truly felt like a worthy signature. The result is a Cesanese that feels true to Roman cuisine and local tradition, but with a calm, modern touch.
