"The Cerbaiona, 'Grammatica' Toscana Rosso IGT has a bright ruby red color. It has intense, fruity aromas of ripe cherry, marasca cherry, small dark berry fruits, currant, blackberry, floral nuances of violet, soft spices, Mediterranean scrub herbs, licorice root, and hints of brushwood and leather. The wine is rich, fruity, and soft on the palate, with elegant tannins and a medium persistence finish. It has a good structure, with a pleasantly dense and evolved tannic texture and ripe fruit. The palate is broad and enveloping, long and deep, characterized by a remarkable gustatory persistence and a harmonious and very balanced finish." A blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Petite Sirah.
