Jeb Dunnuck"Based on 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Mourvèdre, aged 18 months in 50% new French oak, the 2023 Monarc is medium to full-bodied, plump, round, and pleasure-bent. Ripe red and black currants, smoky herbs, chocolate, and graphite define the aromatics. I love its balance and it's going to have 10-12+ years of prime drinking, if not more.
