2023 Kolfok Gruner Veltliner Querschnitt Mittelburgenland

"Querschnitt means 'cross-section' referring to the representation of Burgenland's soils and varietals in one delicious cuvee. The grapes are grown organically on volcanic, schist and loam soils in vineyards surrounding the Neckenmart village. The grpes undergo whole cluster pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation in large 1200 liter used oak barrels. Kolfok wines are never filtered or fined."-from the importer
