The crisp, elegant, fresh, medium-bodied non-vintage Brut Cuvee (51% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir, and 3% Pinot Meunier) reveals hints of brioche, ripe apple skins, grapefruits, and Wheat Thins along with good effervescence and persistence.
