Fourth-generation domaine established in 1996 after Daniel Crochet studied viticulture and oenology. Covers 9.15 hectares (5.92 ha Sauvignon Blanc, 3.23 ha Pinot Noir) in Sancerre and Bué. In organic conversion since 2020.The 2024 Daniel Crochet Sancerre is a classic example of the Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, in the Loire Valley, France. It showcases a crisp acidity with notes of citrus, green apple, and subtle mineral undertones, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.
