NV J Vineyards + Winery California Cuvee Brut

The NV Brut California Cuvée is a blend of 61% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier. It opens with spiced apple slices, warm pears and baking bread scents. The palate delivers mouth-filling apple and pear flavors with bags of spices and oodles of freshness, finishing on a toasty note. It was disgorged in February 2018, and 36,000 cases were produced.
