NV Marc Hebrart Cuvee de Reserve Brut

The NV Brut Premier Cru Cuvee de Reserve is bright, focused and beautifully delineated, a bit of a surprise for a wine that is predominantly Pinot. Lemon, lime, white flowers and crushed rocks all jump from the glass. The Cuvee de Reserve is a wiry, vibrant Champagne best enjoyed over the next few years. The Reserve is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, 55% 2009 vintage and 45% 2007. Disgorgement date: June 8, 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2016. Review Date: October 2012
