"A minerally version, with a smoky underpinning and flavors of steeped plum and apricot fruit, dried herb and Meyer lemon peel. Fresh and balanced, offering a subtle, spiced finish. Disgorged December 2018. Drink now." - AN Review Date: December 2019
"The NV Brut Grand Cru Cuvée de Réserve, based on 2016, is a very pretty edition of this wine. Exotic white flowers, lime and apple all grace this subtle, understated Champagne from Rodolphe Péters. Bright saline notes add brightness and nuance throughout. This is such an inviting Champagne. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: December, 2018." - Antonio Galloni Review Date: September 2019
"This is a beautifully balanced selection that's crisp and laced with taut apple and citrus flavors. It has a rich texture, intense fruit and a tight minerality, which gives it structure and the potential for bottle aging." - Roger Voss Review Date: December 2012
This NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Cuvée de Réserve (disgorged in December 2017) is sourced from 67 different parcels of the Côte des Blancs (Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant) and is composed of the vintages 2015 and 2014 (in equal parts) and 60% (!) of a réserve perpétuelle that dates back to 1998. The wine is clear and pretty intense on the nose, displaying ripe and intense fruit aromas. Rich and quite powerful on the palate, this is an elegant, finessed and well-structured cuvée with a good finish. Tasted in April 2018. Review Date: August 2018
